Do you have a comparable campaign running on Google? The biggest hurdle at first is the traffic volume difference, and if it's not a large niche there's a pretty decent chance you're going to need to expand your keyword list in order to compensate for the smaller volume.

Alternatively, if you're running phrase/exact match it may be worth switching some keywords over to broad to acquire more volume.

Since traffic trends are generally similar, it's not a bad idea to use Google's keyword planner tool (Google: "Keyword Planner Tool") to develop the list you'll be using on Yahoo/Bing. As a guesstimate- I usually figure that Yahoo/Bing traffic will be 15-20% of the estimates given in the keyword planner, and that the CPC is likely inflated by 20-40%.

I'd be happy to take a look through your keyword list and make suggestions for improvement if you're interested. Shoot me a PM with your contact info if you'd like.

The reasons would be: Impressions and CTR

It could be that your ad positions are too low (not enough visibility) or your ad copy isn't properly targeted/optimized for the keywords, therefore the CTR is low.

How many ads do you have?

    Are you bidding high?

Do you have any impressions on your ads? Probably not. May be you need to re-structure your campaign.

Okay, now let's figure out what's the problem.

How many impressions does your ad gain?

CASE 1 >> If your ad is getting very low impressions, then the problem is either from your keyword (low search volume) or from your bid (too low).

Go back to see the search volume of your keywords. If there's no problem with that, then increase the bid. This would definitely help.

CASE 2 >> Your ad gets a lot of impressions but no click.
This simply means visitors are not interested in your ad.
    The reason might be

    - Your ad is not attractive. Rewrite your ads!
    - The search traffic is not your target visitors.
Think about it. If your ad is "Learn Golf from Tiger Woods" but your keyword is "how to play football", then definitely, the traffic is not gonna click on your ad.

    Hope this helps!

    Best of Luck :)
