So you want to give crypto, and receive paypal.
Anyone with a paypal account who plays with crypro should be willing to do this for you, especially if they have fiat in stupid paypal and want to get it out of there.
But be careful, because a guy can send you the paypal payment, you send them the crypto, and then they hit you with a chargeback on paypal, and then its up to paypal to award the money to someone, and thats a coin toss.
Just be careful how/who you do it with.

Do they can charge back if the payment is done by invoice?

Of course they can.
The only way they cant chargeback is if they send you the payment as Friends & Family. But even then they may be able to, by doing the chargeback using their bank or credit card company.
Oh and the last thing you want is to make it obvious to paypal that youre receiving money for crypto activities. Theyll (might) ban you so fast your head will spin.
So invoice or not, do not mention crypto on paypal.

Paxful is safe but exchanger user might not be. You should choose high ranked users.

To avoid opening a dispute in paypal, the best way is to ask the sender to send friend and family.
