Biggest Mistake in your IM Career

Helping and trusting other IMers. Later, they all backstabbed me.

Spending way too much time listening and buying into guru's of all shapes and sizes,
before eventually learning to say NO to them and their pipedreams,
and I have to thank BHW for "switching the light on" for me.

So many of my Clients Syas : i Have No Patience , (This is also one of my mistake )

Greedy :D ,,THis Happens to Everyone !

Never desire of more & More ... ( you will never be Happy )

Regards , Nproductions !

Probably getting into the wrong niche from the start. It was too much competition, then I found the right niche and it has been good ever since.

The biggest mistake was not to scale my herbals websites in 2008 when I was making 4k/month. I was too young and excited about the money. As you can imagine...everything went down and after years the competition became crazy.

(1) Focusing on just one site.... I later started a few sites and then notice how the earning of each site differ even though you apply the same strategy.

(2) I never try to expand my success niche by building more sites around the niche.

(3) Believing IM is about internet marketing.. when in reality it's all about business. You don't necessarily need to have SEO tool when you can just outsource the seo part. And you don't necessarily need to write content when you can hire writer.

Giving Paypal the satisfaction of keeping my monkeys for 180 days, and using Paypal as a place to store my monkeys.

Giving Chris Carpenter $2500.00 for GCD2.0 some years ago was my biggest mistake..

Being nice on people.
There is always someone who wants to fuck with you.

Partnering with a dick head from Vietnam. Witch cost me $500 a day. But I DDOS his sites until his host started denying him service. Made me feel a little better but still if I ever see him I will off that bitch.

$500 a day to vietnamese ? Probably a bunch of girls ?, else I don't find any reason to pay that money a day to vietnamese.

Changed the structure of my site that was earning $2200+ a month, lost rankings and ultimately lost the site... I regret the decision I took

I've seen this happen plenty of times! Successful sites change the design, for some reason always for something that is incredibly bad looking, and the traffic tanks, people just run away.

I've seen a couple that got on top of it on time and just reverted back, putting their ego and money wasted behind and saved their business as a result.

...not realising the opportunity of the early Google days. '04-'08.

If I knew then what I know now! :-)

SPAMTASTIC baby... Yeah!

Discovering blackhat in 07 or earlier and forgetting it. Rediscovered in '12. I could've accomplished a lot if I had lurked this site daily and acted upon the ideas here.

when making shit-tons of money, use some of it diversify into something else that makes money too

my biggest mistake was thinking it was going to last and not investing in alternative sources of income

Trusting Other Much more And Sharing the methods for Friendship :D

Tested out many methods on small scale and got it working to earn few $$$ but after that the feeling , i have the methods n will do, will do, tomorrow :P (biggest mistake)

Business Friendship and Excitment Kills me .. HAHAHA

I wasted my time thinking that following are the ways to monetize...

1.Build a website,copy contents,install adsense,wait for visitors,click,profit.
2.Build a website,copy contents,wait for traffic,sell ad spaces.
3.Click ads and get $0.001 per click.
4.Data entry (never did)
5.Blackhat={cheat|fraud}

And then I joined BHW.... :pirate: no need to mention what happened next...

What do you mean you came here and "no need to mention what happened next" I am doing what your 1,2,3... and How could I make it better, also I am adding seo. But still pretty much the same.

These are some mistakes that I continue to make:
- Getting lots of new ideas constantly --> jumping from idea to idea before profiting from the previous one
This is the biggest thing for me. Tons of ideas but bouncing to the next one without finishing the previous.

Other than that, building a site for a specific affiliate program and counting on them to not F me. They did.

My biggest mistake is when I earned lot of money I spent it on spending ,instead of investing in business. Now I am struggling to pick up my business
