Biggest Mistake in your IM Career

Trust epassporte with way too much of my money.
Which is lost now.

Buying sites at flippa where the seller said I could earn lots of money. He failed to mention that you had to pay for the website software. Didn't earn squat on those sites. Never again lol.

My biggest mistake was a couple of years ago and revolved around greed and not wanting to give up control.

Had a small online business that became a medium sized online business - but I kept running it solo. Ended up doing about 200K/mo in revenue and let customer service fall by the wayside.

Retrospectively I should have employed 2-3 staffers at 35K/yr and focused on business development rather than trying to save the 70-100K/yr.

However, that lesson has helped. I now bring staff on early and get them to specialize. This means better results, faster and more reliably.

It's all right to make mistakes, as long as you learn from them.

Sold my big 6 authority sites because a fortune teller told me so and put all the money into into mutual fund/stock market. Tragic.

I didn't have to build links, didn't have to generate content, didn't have to promote anything and my earning was always up from time to time.

My first really successful PPC campaign was making me a shitload of money. I spent the whole lot of it on crap. The traffic dried up and I was left with fuck all to show for it.

A few things:

  1. All the useless time I ever spent on WF
  2. Scammed on WF for $250
  3. Jumping from method to method
  4. Reading useless WSOs
  5. Lazy at the start
  6. Doing keyword research wrongly
For all newbies out there, NEVER EVER GO TO WF!

Going to great lengths to develop new methods and not following through on implementing them immediately, assuming that they would be around forever, before moving onto the next method.

NOT BACKING UP FILES ON A SERVER.

Though I have a few websites which rank in top 5 for their keywords but my biggest mistake is inability to create lead generation and traffic for high cpc sites
I have even created vb forum for a 0.0001 cpc site

stepping out of my main niche and trusting people who really whould not have been trusted.

wow what was that?

(nothing specific of course)

Had a small online business that became a medium sized online business - but I kept running it solo. Ended up doing about 200K/mo in revenue and let customer service fall by the wayside.

if you main biz relies on G in one way or another i think you are screwed long term.

on m part with adsense, google hates few peoples to the core! from past 2 years when ever i create account with new websites or aged one (my own which is not used to adsense..) they all get banned within a week. Reason is unknown!!!

Giving up, mistyping an adwords campaigns.

Never give up kids, since it's always one day before you get #1 on google.

Playing fkn World of Warcraft and letting my sites die. I wasted years being addicted and have nothing to show for it. Now I'm starting over.

My mistake When ever i got any method or learning thing i read it little bit and bookmark it or download that and leave it for tommorrow to do that was the mistake i did a lot of time no every time almost.
