Greetings everyone!
First of all I want to make sure this is the right place to post (can I actually do it here?), if no please move to appropriate section.
Description:
Company I represent have a strong need in a long-term partners that will supply us with back links from Authority websites. Our company has SEO department, but workload is huge, thus there is no enough time to find good partners (most of the try to fool us with websites that don't match with our understanding of quality-price). We already have several agencies that work for us, but it's not enough as we have more than 20 websites in different regions. Our terms of co-operation include signing NDA + service agreements which protects both our parties from unconscionable partnership. Also I want to note we do NOT pay in advance for anything.
Workflow description:
1. Legal & Introduction
1.1 Initial contact + Skype conference (here we need to understand if partner is serious and matches our needs)
1.2 Obtaining details about future partner (documents, bank accounts, addresses)
1.3 Our legal department will check all the details and will prepare the agreements.
1.4 Both our parties sign the agreement.
2. Actual work
2.1 We create a shared Google Sheet document with our SP.
2.2 SP starts to send us domains for analysis (domain + price + terms)
2.3 SEO Manager makes manual investigation by checking important for our company stats (will be listed below)
2.4 SEO Manager provides feedback for chosen websites (anchors, URL's) [we can make content in-house if SP content creation prices are expensive]
2.5 SP prepares content and sends it for a check to us
2.6 SEO Manager confirms the content (by manual content audit)
2.7 If everything is fine SP asks webadmin to publish article in section previously chosen.
2.8 Once we do a portion of these websites (agreed before) we make the payment
2.9 All over again.
3. Requirements for Authority websites
Metrics:
What we check:
3.1 Trust flow - Citation flow : correlation between them should not exceed 1.7 , and ideally digits should start with 30+ for both TF & CF
3.2 Amount of RD/Links : must look natural, also at least 300 RD
Nofollow/******** should not exceed 90/10 (might be different in some cases)
3.3 We very carefully inspect websites that we plan to work with including categories, indexation, link type, another articles in these sections and etc.
3.4 Traffic + social
3.5 Niche (majority should be in financial niche)
3.6 Price - here I want to stop for a second. We have enormous experience with different authority websites, where we made the outreach ourselves by our external communication managers, we have a vast list of websites (so be careful as you can offer website that we already have, as we will see if you want to earn extra). Please reply if you are ready to have a long-term, healthy, monthly estimated budget (for next 4-6 months at least) campaigns.
Conclusion:
We will be to happy to find new partners, but we want this partnership to be beneficial for both our parties, thus if you want a partner that have very straight forward & strict rules, BUT who PAYS in time then you are more welcome to join our team.
