Hi!
Here in Portugal, the yellow pages company has an internet directory and also sell sites created on some sort of basic cms. Even thought most of thse sites are just plain informative sites, with no quality content, they rank well.
I heard from some guys that they pay some undisclosed ammounts of money to big G in order for their sites to rank better - as they usually do, at least here in Portugal.
Is it true? Is it a myth?
But more important than that: if it is true, is there a way to still get ranked even when their poor quality sites are well ranked?
Are there ways to do some kind of reactive bh seo tactics in order to lower their ranks? Or whatever other measures...
