    Hey guys,

I'm sure all of you aware by now about the whole fiasco of the FTC suing Google over all these biz opp advertisers. And rightly so, as I'm sure you guys know, that 95% of the "Biz Ops" out there are just bull shit scams.

And it's not just Google, Bing and Yahoo are cracking down hard as well. So, if you are advertising a Biz Opp, some things I was told to do in order to stay compliant are the following:

1.) No replicated sites. You must have a unique landing page and sales letter.

2.) Site must be easy to use. So I'm guessing the route to go here is start using a blog with a landing page, that has clear navigation.

3.) No pop-ups, I think this counts for exit pop-ups as well

4.) No Flogs, The FTC is cracking down hard on all those Flogs for the acai offer's, so I'd imagine it would be the same for any other flog you build, regardless of the market.

5.) No income claims, not even implied income claims. So for ex.
    -Possible CEO level income
    -Make more than your doctor

6.) No guarantee for success/ Thats a no brainier

7.) Cannot look like a biz opp, so that means you need to sell people on you and your story, not the opportunity.

And thats all I've heard so far. These aren't set in stone, but thee are what I've heard come down from the grapevine.

I guess overall, just use common sense guys, theres no point in trying to cheat the system just to make a quick buck, and then get suspended or blacklisted. So be safe out there, and make some money

    To your success
