you got the idea right. here's the BHW guys talking tools in threads.

GSA, RankerX, Senuke, Money robot

GSA: I know this one is good. but what the other things you want with this.? i mean what's the other things you need purchase when buy GSA? yeah. the money matters to me. that's why i need to know this. If I get GSA tool what else do i need to buy?

RankerX: I heard this's a good tool too. If I purchases this what else do i need to buy to run it? or everything attached to it? for run my tier 2,3,4 campaign?

Senuke: This's a good tool too. I heard it embed proxies it self, and makes some latest updates to this tool. So what else do i need to purchased to use this for my tiered link building campaign.?

Money robot: this tool's old, but they mentioned in their website, that they update the tool and frequently updates sites lists. the one thing i note in videos it's easy to handle that tool like senuke.

Extra question: I found sources that telling SEO VPS will give you the all tools user wants in their packages, is that safe to use? is their any problems with their IP's or proxies or etc? If you know a better service help me to identify that also.

my friends, I'm confused now as a noob. :( here's what I need from you all that using these tools for your campaigns, sales threads. need answers from your experience for a noob. kindly help me to identify the noob friendly, easy to setup, link building tool to setup my tier 2,3,4 link campaign.:)

It took 20 minutes to me to tag all the link building service providers, on the first sales page and the best helpful peoples i know in to this reply. I'm kindly asking for help with your idea & experience about the question i have. thank you so much for your time my friends.:)
 
I'm a link seller here true, but I no longer use any of these tools.

My service is a PBN links rental and we do everything manually.

About your problem tho...

You don't really need these tools. Especially since you are a "noob" as you said. You can really mess site your up quickly if you don't use them properly.

quality > quantity

You don't need hundreds or thousands of links to rank. Even as tier 2.

Go for easier buyer keywords and strong on-page.

Then combine it with a PBN link here, a niche edit there. Maybe some manual blog comments and web 2.0s. Soon, you'll see things will stack up and you'll rank.

Noobs shouldn't be handling these tools. First, start learning the basics of onpage SEO. Then start learning about link building. Learn as much as you can about link building, and then you won't need to ask which tools to use. You'll have a better grasp on what you'll need (if you even need any at all) and why. I know this isn't the "cool" answer, but I really am trying to help you.

thank you @Toz for the honest thoughts and for your time. yes! I focused so much time the onsite seo part of the website and I need to edit few more things in the onsite part. and also I'm going to learn more about link building methods. thanks again.:)

If you're serious about learning about SEO, you may want to take a look at some of the courses offered at Udemy.
 
Current market was full with RankerX, Senuke, MS, GSA. While RankerX and GSA is for advance users and rest are all the same but in my opinion if you are considering about going with SEO Tiers building than Tier 1 is must use manually rather than any automated tools than 2-3-4 tier you can ahead with the Automated tools. However , I'm also use automatic tools for Tier 1 with some special such as PDF, Web 2.0s blog, Web Profile,... I still getting good results back from my websites until now

NOTE: Before you buy those tools you must know the how you can run it, the way they designed you should know each and everything of those tools from basic to advance

Thank you so much this information @bekemew :) and yes my friend, i have constructed my tier 1 layer full manually, I built those layer my self with hand written content + well build websites and added diversity through PDF sharing, video sharing + more.

now i want to build tier 2, tier 3, layers in to those tier 1 layer. and i want to build contextual links to that tier 1 layer. as your experience my friend, how you gonna do it? i mean what tools you're suggest to use for this.? tier 2, tier 3, tier 4 layers.

I've used many SEO tools including GSA, ScrapeBox, FCS Networker, SENuke, MR and Ultimate Demon (which is no longer available). On the surface, RankerX solves the biggest problem in the SEO industry for this. However, GSA and Scrapebox is a good tool for Tier 3/Tier 4

You are right! However, you should probably use some RankerX premium for Tier 1 such as: wordpress.org, doodlekit.com, tumblr.com, hatena.ne.jp, wordpress.com, eventbrite.com, weheartit.com, myspace.com, ted.com, smashwords.com, theconversation.com, fanfiction.net, pastebin.com,...and you can build high-quality backlinks(Those websites are indexed quickly and high trust factor and high TF/CF/DA/PA)
