BH Wikipedia

Just an idea.....with so many threads being posted about noob questions when there are previous posts buried deep within BHW, why not have a BH wikipedia?

This way can explain things like CPA which would have internal links to stickied methods that really work (not a temp method).

Would work really well with autoblogs and pretty much everything on BHW.

I think one of the main probs is the search on BHW, no matter how specific you try to search you still have to read through tons of posts before finding the golden nugget of info you were searching for.

Like the normal wikipedia, valuable contributions would be rewarded.

Just a thought and has probably suggested before......couldn't find it through the search.

What do you guys think?

This is a great idea IMO. Dunno what the other members think..

I like the idea but it would probably take a lot of effort to maintain let alone create.

Because then we can't have the user input we can have here. And the game changes everyday, good luck having an updated Wiki

It's not a bad idea but I think noobs have it easy enough as it is. All the information they could need is already on this forum and it's free. If they can't be bothered to spend some time reading through a few threads to search for an answer or learn about something they don't know then they don't deserve any help.

iv never really had problems finding any info i needed(here or elsewhere) but i definately think thats agood idea. maybe have a knowledge base where the top couple of threads are shown for a certain term right next to adsense, cpa, ppv ect..
or just refine the search engine we use?

blackhatwiki.com is taken. About a year ago a registered blackhatwiki.net but now it's expired.

In theory it's a good idea. But people like CL will go in and try to mess everybody up. People will also delete stuff so it doesn't get saturated etc.
