Better Plugin Than WooCommerce?

I am looking for a plugin that would help me monitor one of my businesses and I think WooCommerce is failing me. I appreciate all of your suggestions.

In which part woocommerce failing you ? You can try Magento.

How is it failing you, it tells you what orders you had for the day, what else you need?

When our clients enter the details of their order in that box, line breaks disappear.

There's no option to upload a file as well. It would be great if our clients can attach a file instead of pasting the details of their order in that Order Notes box.

Am I just missing a feature of WooCommerce or this is really a limitation?
