iPage/Fatcow have good prices and are easy to use, but my sites got hacked, and they don't provide very good support. I also have hostgator, which is on the more expensive end ($10/month), but I haven't had any problems with them. Bluehost may be similar.

My reseller account takes a beating with usage... No complaints from clients or anyone.

there is no best bro. There are good and reliable and cheap ones..

Hostgator is a good choice for a start
