Whats the best way to learn fb ads on a budget of $300? I eventually want to start a ppc agency so i want to get experience.

I have experience because i used to run an ecommerce site years ago so i know about the various metrics and how to improve them but as i said, ive been out of the game for a bit.

Find someone to “Help” him out free work time with promoting his business look up in some udemy and YouTube videos and start to learn about targeting audience

Damn im looking for this one. anyone can share udemy course please :p

Delegate your work for free, make your client a bit profitable, then understand the metrics.

Take any online refresher course to learn the new feature added, new targeting options .

as you want to start ad agency, you can offer free or discounted ad setup to first 3 to 5 people. If everything goes in right direction then then you can think of scaleup.

you should start learning on youtube since it's all free. after that maybe apply for some job without getting paid to get experience

Well the thing its the theory its everywhere but the important part its by aplying and creating campaigns ,spend money ,lose money until you learn the process but how someone said the best its to find a job in digital marketjng where you will work with paid campaigns
