Which is the best way to improve Google PR, say if i want to have PR 4 or more ?
Please advise ..
You need to sacrifice an orphan to Cthulhu whilst listening to Stairway to Heaven backwards for 19 days straight.
Then, send Google an email. Ask to speak to Matthew.
You just joined a moment ago, rather than start a thread why didn't you search the forum?
This topic has been discussed 100's of times.
As PR hasn't been updated since Feb and it looks much less relevant these days, why even worry about it?
Why not ask how you can increase traffic, conversions or revenue?
Google hasn't updated pagerank in months and months... There will be no more pagerank update this year and my guess is that it will be discontinued altogether in the near future.
may be... may be...
Content is king. Others will link to you if you have good content
Is that you matt cutts?
no, not maybe...
The only way you will see an increase in pagerank is if google actually issues a PR update. Until that happens you will be stuck on whatever value you had from the last PR update while new sites have a nifty N/A.
But to answer your question : gain links from high pagerank pages with as little as possible OBL so as much 'juice' flows to your site, then you should see an increase when (and if) there is a new PR update.
Ok, Matt Cutts.
PageRank is solely based on incoming links and doesn't have anything to do with the quality of content on the website. So, try to acquire backlinks from high authority sites with good amount of PR and low OBL will increase your webpage's PageRank.
Op for your kind information there is no Google page rank update till 2014. Just enjoy the winter flair.
Go home Cutts, damn got things to do you lurker.
Build quality links and get your brand mentioned across all social platforms. Currently, Google is not focusing on the PR from February there is no update. Please wait while the Google update.
Stanford's patent has less than 22 months out of the 25 years left to run. The Page rank is likely gone - at least as we know.
SEOmoz with it's own highly developed authority and trust ranks recently positioned themselves as MOZ. Losing the SEO, because SEO is fighting the SE's.....
Google will need a replacement for Pr when it goes "phut"
(unlikely I know, but worth a thought)
Forget PR and focus on DA and PA. PR is all but dead.
Do proper onpage and offpage optimization process. Build backlinks in high pagerank sites which helps you to gain page rank easily...
attend Matt Cutts's school of magic rankings and SEO wizardry
High PR / low OBL site backlinks galore, not that you'll notice anywhere other than in your rankings for the time being!
That sounds fun. Where can I apply?
Matt Cutts has said they have turned off the external reporting of PR
so your PR is not going to change - and they may not even bother turning it on in 2014
Google keep an internal PR of Sites though - but that's separate from your question.
Separate names with a comma.
