creat a new blogger and wordpress ,put same article on both sites and chk urself which get indexed first

How long have you been here, OP? If you have been here long enough, you sure wouldn't be caught in between choosing a web 2.0 and your own domain.

indexing and ranking are two different things, i know that blogger will get indexed faster, but am not talking about using free wordpress either. am giving my opinion to OP, to host on a private domain and hosting.

Like everyone said, get your own domain, host it, and write unique contents. Install a few plugins like YOAST and WordFence. Make sure you write relevant and needed content. Invest in a few SEO tools when you can such as Ahrefs. Make sure you have your Google Analytics/Console linked to your site to monitor your site. Invest in Grammarly when possible. And once you've written enough unique contents, think about building some links/backlinks. I would build my site on paid Wordpress a million times over before Blogger. And spend some time soaking up the knowledge on BHW. Most of the answers you might be looking for are buried in the threads somewhere here.

To be an effective blogger, you first need to gain a lot of traffic related to your niche. You can either claim that you’re an expert in your niche such as blogging, webdesign or have a blog in that niche with loads of traffic.
For getting traffic, you first need to find what people in your niche are searching for. For example if you are in home improvement, you have to work around search queries like “How to clean your home” and similar queries.
Once you make a list of potential keywords, start producing content around these keywords.
From this point onward, you have to do link building in order to appear higher on Search Results.

with just usd 40 dollars you can start a blog with your own BRAND.
10 dollars for the domain and 30 dollars for the hosting (1 years). My suggestion is start small so you doesn't need to waste your money. You can scale up your blog later when your blog getting popular (maybe after 6 month).
