Best way to approach customer directly

So I have several ways to do this.
- Direct email
- Cold calling
- contact form on their site.
- old school sending a letter

My first guess was to approach them through their contact form as it is 100% that it hits their inbox and the content of the email can be more vague like "I happened to come across your site and noticed some security issues, I happen to work with this kind of sites and help fix them bla bla bla"

however maybe others have better ideas on how to approach this ?

Honestly - I think calling is pretty effective.

I used to work at a cold-calling company and these telemarketing guys would bring in tons of leads.

That's why cold-calling centers exist, right?

(I'm terrible at cold-calling, but I honestly think it's an effective method if you're good with sales/people)

The second after cold-calling, I would say direct email!
