Use an exchange if you are going to sell it sooner.
use a wallet which gives you keys: like xapo, bitpay, coinomni, Jaxx, if you plan to keep it for year/

Are you greedy?

Do the Coinbase promotion to get $26 in crypto and convert it to Bitcoin. Then do the Stellar promotion at Blockchain and get $40+ and convert that to Bitcoin. That's almost half of what you want to buy.

I use Luno. With Luno, you can withdraw BTC directly to your bank account at the standard BTC rate. No need to get ripped off on Paxful or Local Bitcoin because their sellers/buyers' rate usually high.

As with all BTC, just make sure you enable 2fA for additional layer of security.
