Best VPS service for PowerMTA: For Bulk Emailing

Can someone suggest me through the best options available for the VPS providers who allow us to maintain our PowerMTA and sending bulk emails?
( looking for the cheapest one. ANy black Friday or Cyber Monday deals? my budget is low )

(I have gone through marketplace asked some people but almost everyone said they don't allow, so i am posting here if someone already used VPS service for bulk mailing do suggest me).

seems like posted in the wrong section this time, but still, i am looking for that service, i dint find any solutions , if possible you can you move this thread to an exact section or close it.
