Best TW & IG tool?

There is a tool for telegram called tghunter that allows you to launch chromium instances independently which you can link each acc to a proxy to avoid bans or any problem..
I would like to know if there is a tool like that for IG... even for TW...can yall help me?

My idea is to have 50 or 100 accounts at least as mother/child accs...and manage them from the same computer to perform manual tasks, so i can select the accounts that i want to launch at the same time in chromium windows and open several windows with different accounts loged and perform manual tasks like follows, likes, comments...etc
As far as i know, the best thing would be to do it with LDplayer instances and have 2-3 accounts on each instance..

So far i am trying to develop the tool myself but i dont have much idea about coding and it will take me a long time to make something functional although i dont see it as impossible, but if i find an existing solution it would be better..
