-Breaking Bad => One word to describe it 'badass'
-Suits=> Awesome show, excellent characters and all-round just really really slick & enjoyable.
-The Wire => Possibly the greatest 5 series I have ever watched. Incredible realism and nuances.
-Walking Dead=> Awesome show, cannot wait for S3!

#1 Game of Thrones (you will need to wait untill april next month for season 2).
#2 Supernatural or Grimm (they are almost same).
#3 How i meet your mother (you must watch this).
#4 Breakout Kings (from the producer of Prison Break, story is: prisoners playing cops).
#5 Touch (I love this show, it is from creator of Heroes).

If you haven't watched Spartacus and Lost, you have missed the 2 truly good ones.
And of course nothing compares to Santa Barbara. I mean its boring, but the length is amazing!
I watched the first 27 seasons of Lost religiously. Never missed an episode, however after 6-7 seasons of being on the island chased by a dark cloud I gave up. Maybe I'll go back and watch them now. **Checks IMDB for plotlines first**
