Best TV Series to Watch?

Aside from Breaking bad and Dexter.
Fringe and Person of Interest is at the top of my list!

The wire is so good that I will break out my box sets and have a marathon session soon. Not one I can watch with the wife and kids though.

Here's one nobody has mentioned. Ugly Americans. A bit of animated brilliance
 
There are so many good shows and so many terribly terrible shows.

I avoid sitcoms like the plague, but I watch dramas from start to finish, often in 5-6 back to back episode stretches.
I usually stick to the more movie-like ones, especially:

Mad Men
The Wire
The Walking Dead
Breaking Bad
Nikita
Fringe
Dexter
The Closer
Sons of Anarchy
Californication
Weeds
Episodes
The Newsroom
Lost
Battlestar Galactica
Boardwalk Empire
The L Word

It's probably not too healthy, but damn am I addicted.

I love Seinfeld. I also loved HBO's Carnivale (got suspended). Nowadays I don't watch much tv (live 6-9 hours a month), mostly science programs and a movie or two. If watching series over Hulu and movies on your computer counts, I watch Fringe every now and then (I know some people involved in that project), and 2-3 movies a month. I also watch a lot of commercials because of my job (I've even created some of the vfx and animations in them).
 
Arrested Development ! Has it's own style of comedy compared to other shows. Great show with an all star cast that has perfect chemistry. Season 4 is coming soon.

Also, I've always been interested in How To Make It In America but can't find any sites to watch it on. Any suggestions for movie or tv show sites that don't suck and have ads everywhere?

The Wire is the best TV show ever made.

Big Bang Theory

If you're looking for a good story:

Pretty Little Liars - Don't Judge me, but it's pretty good!
 
I got drawn into the series, "Alphas".
One night I took a rest from other aspects of my life and enjoyed several episodes on netflix.
Was more than I expected and in other aspects very typical.
I'll continue to watch the rest of the first season. Overall, I give 4/5 stars.
For what it's worth, "The Walking Dead" is very good and also left me with the same feelings regarding the quality.
 
Breaking bad Is so sick! Last weeks episode was raw though!

Sopranos is my second best and anyone who likes breaking bad I would recommend sopranos to them :-)

I watch just about all HBO shows, just about all Showtime shows, just about all SYFY shows, The Walking Dead, CBS Big Brother and the Glass House.

Anyone else watched curb your enthusiasm? That's one of my all time favourites .

I loved The Sopranos too. However, their final episode was very disappointing.
