Serpyou it's pretty good and they are offering free trial as i remember.
 
I used ranktrackr.com

You can also find some service from marketplace.
 
github.com/serphacker/serposcope , hosted on my own computer :) + 2captcha for auto Recaptcha recognition if google detect some unusual activity :) so I no need to pay for external service xD and I no need to worry that someone is looking what keywords I'm trying to rank..
 
different tools like SERanking, SEMRush, SEOProfiler also Link Assistants RankTracker, but till date my favourite is SEMRush. This tool is really amazing.
 
Here are my suggestion. 1. mangools & 2. Backlink Moniton dot com. But both are paid toos, you can try with them with free trial and if you are okay with it subscribe it. :-)
 
I would suggest kwfinder, You can add many keywords and track them
