Best time/amount to post - manual

I've been growing my Instagram for 10 weeks now, and I usually post 2 videos a day at 8 am and 9pm UK time.

is this okay? leave your post times and posts per day in the comments please. much help.

The more you post, the less engagement you will get per post. HOWEVER, you will gain more overall engagement weekly. This goes up until you start posting so much that people get mad. There is another caviot though, the more you post, the less chance the post will be mini-viral.
