Best software for banners?

I recommend Canva if you don't need too much detail customization.
 
Adobe illustrator ︻デ═一 ▸ bullet proof tool
 
If you like online tools then i recommend you to use canva.
Otherwise, i will recommend you to use Photoshop and Illustrator to make the dynamic banner.

I don't generally use software that I've got to purchase, as I go through computers fairly frequently. I like to use pixlr.com to create my banners and graphics for free.
 
if you have some adobe skills for example you know it's interface i recommend Adobe Photoshop.PS is the number 1 and always will be #1 for me :) just my opinion

This is the way to go. Im 100% sold on figma. If I can do something without photoshop I always go with Figma. Its the best for building quick templates, and easy to scale graphics.
