I personally like Youzign, but got it for lifetime cheap a long time back, no idea what they're charging now.

But it's easy and quick, with lots of templates to start from - I'm not a graphic designer and I'm sure there are more advanced options (photoshop et al.) but I outsource for more advanced stuff. Worth looking into, though.

I use every day for Instagram, Pinterest and Facebook etc. I like the fact you can build unigue images with layers. I also got locked in as a early bird

very intuitive interface!
less headache

i dont have affiliate with the developer

For static or simple banner animation it will probably be best to use Photoshop.
For more complex animation using HTML5 it will be best to use Adobe Animate.

I would personally use photoshop, other tools may be faster but with photoshop you can do any kind of work and it makes things better for sure
