Hey guys,
Pls advise the best tool (price/quality) for rank my website keywords.
I get used TopVizor before but Can't add money over there.

No no sorry.
I mean some tool to rank my current positions in SERP.
Like SE ranking but pay only how much keys i'm checking
 
If you're more budget-friendly - Ubersuggest or SERanking

The best are ahrefs and semrush!
 
I’d recommend checking out SE Ranking, it’s a great balance between price and quality, and super easy to use.
 
SEO PowerSuite's RankTracker. Not a service so no worry if you don't renew. Does actual rank checking via true localization (zipcode, lat/long, etc). No limit on the number of terms you can check. Unlimited history. Lots of other useful things included too.

Ahrefs is the best tool for this. It is very costly but still top priority for most blog owners.
 
You can try keyword.com, nightwatch, accuranker, and seranking to track the rankings of your keywords.
 
Try Pro rank tracker and keywords dot com

Rank tracking tools like SEranking and SEMrush etc. have been made costly by adding lot's features that we don't necessarily need/use. If your requirement is just track the keyword rankings then you should consider SERP APIs and build your program so that you only pay for the number of queries you generate. It will be cost-effective. You can search on Google for available APIs
 
you can try SERFOX which is simple and easy to track
