Best Service or API solution for bulk Google Ads campaign creation

Hey guys,

I'm looking for a tool that allows bulk campaign creation across multiple client accounts (MCC) without needing to log in manually to each one.

Ideally, I want something that leverages the API to push campaign templates to hundreds of accounts efficiently.

I've heard of Optmyzr and Adplorer, but I'm not sure if they are overkill or if there are better dedicated tools for this. Has anyone built a custom solution using the BatchJobService in the API instead?

If that were the case, I doubt they would sell it. I've never heard of that.

Optmyzr is pretty good, used to use them myself
