There is no best SEO tool. It all depends on what you are trying to do.

If you want a general purpose all round tool then Scrapebox should be on your list.
I also recommend GSA SER but again it will depend on your situation.
No one tool is an AIO so you will usually require 4/5 other tools/services to get the best out of them.

There's no such thing as best SEO tools. I use both semrush and ahrefs though. Both gives me the data I needed.

As W130SN said it's all depend on your needs. I think you would get many suggestions if your question would be "What SEO tools do you use?"

I use Ahrefs, Scrapebox, GSA SER-CB-Indexer, AMF Bot, Follow Liker (Twitter edition), Buzz Bundle, Market Samurai, TBS and Death by Captcha.

The more tools you have the better, don't believe in this "All In One" Tool that works for every situation.

For example, Xrumer 12 is great at making forum profiles while Scrapebox is good at making blog comments.

If you can afford more tools, that's the way to go. Link diversity is key.
