Best SEO software 2021 for link building?

Hello everyone,

I'm new to SEO software, but it has caught my interest. I've done some research and heard about Money Robot, GSA SER, SeoAutoPilot and SENuke. But I thought I'd ask your opinions as I'm sure you guys know best.

I would like a software that could offer automatic tiered backlinks and different types of backlinks like Edu, Gov, Web 2.0, Blog Comments, Socials, etc.

For example:
TIER 1:
30 Blogs
TIER 2:
100 WEB 2.0 + 50 EDU +50 GOV
TIER 3:
300 Blog Comments + 200 Socials + 100 Forum + 50 Directory

Please let me know what you guys think would be a good match for what I'm looking for.
