Best/Safe method to PVA Instagram accounts

I have some 20-30 accounts that are stuck in phone verification and i'm looking for a safe and best method to verify them and recover those accounts.

• I dont want to buy new sim cards as its lot of hassle to register/submit proofs/ get them activated etc.
• I've used smspva few times and worked for me. However, recently I have heard from several of my IM mates that IG has mass banned 1000s of accounts verified with SMSPVA numbers.
• Textplus/Textnow also are VOIP numbers which are not being accepted by IG off late.

I'm willing to pay for each verification as along as the numbers are safe and reusable( if possible -for re-verification). So not just looking for free options.

So, anyone with a trouble free -"SAFE" method to get IG accounts phone verified will be very helpful.
