you are correct google passed does not mean elite.
but using anon proxies in scrapebox only matters if you
intend to post with them. but i strongly advise do not post
with public proxies ever and heres why.

You might ask yourself why you should use a public proxy list for harvesting
URLS when you have 10 to 20 fast private proxies. Just do a little test and
take 100000 keywords, use 3 proxies and start harvesting. After a while SB
will come to a grinding halt. Google blocked your proxies... Eventually they
will clear again but all this time you can't continue with your project.
So for massive harvesting with large keyword lists you will need hundreds
of proxies. Not funny when 20 proxies cost you about $50 a month.
