I post twice a day on my money accounts, once in the morning and once in the evening!

When you post less - you get better engagement rate.
When you post often - you get worse engagement rate.
My tip? Find the perfect balance on how many posts do you need to post to keep the great engagement rate :)
 
I used to post daily, but am have MUCH better results doing 2x 2500 word blog posts a week (on each of my blogs).
 
I post if I have enough good content up to 5 times a day. Maybe not always good, but sometimes its definitely good! :)
 
Each case is different. Look at your analytics and act accordingly.
