Best mobile CPA network?

Hey,
I have a popular mobile app and I'd like to drop some mobile CPA offers in there.

I've been using OGAds and I like that they revolve around app downloads, but the payouts are really low (20 - 30 cents).

Anyone have suggestions for other good mobile CPA networks? I'm primarily looking for offers that are app downloads or email submits.

Yes! Offerwall is definitely what I'm looking for. I know most networks offer postback services, but this is a must too.

Normally you receive lots of recommendations on forums asking such questions, and it still gets difficult to choose one network to work with.
I'd suggest you to try offers from different networks, as some might be stronger in particular segment that the others.
