The problem is not with Sendblaster. The problem could be that the IP address of the PC or VPS on which you have Sendblaster is already blacklisted.
In fact most of the time, the mailer you use doesn't really matter. What you should be looking at is your host IP quality, content body and title, sender domain reputation, and DNS parameters (DKIM, SPF, Dmarc).
