it works, in my case i have been able to get the attention of some small business, some of them are paying monthly services thanks to that emails, i repeat an small quantity, this process help me to clean large amount of dead emails that i did not know that they were dead so now i have a small list of active emails that i know that if i send something they will open and that's the important part
to be honest I don't know, I have send emails to business and personal emails, and the bounce has been high in some list and low in others

sender banned me when i imported 95 contacts without even sending they review my account and suspended it.
