I keep seeing a pattern. Anyone who suggests FL over MP, hasn't actually used MP. I've got both, and MP is a better choice for 99% of people, the only reason I'd use FL is if I was using hundreds of accounts and wanted to conserve resources on the server.

I'm running 15 accounts on MP for over a month and haven't even had a phone verification. I think the only way MP could be more likely to get you banned is because you have more control over the settings and therefore could set something up wrong.

Well I use old accounts (1 - 4 years old) without a link in the bio, so I'm able to push the limits a bit more than people doing CPA spam with 3 month old accounts. So use these setting with caution.
I start with 100 follows a day, increased by 25 each day up to 1,000 each day. I have MP only follow between 6am and 11pm, so the accounts look more legit. I go with a large delay between operation (~45 minutes to start out, but you can bring it down a bit after a while) and set it up so there is a large range for how many followers per operation. You can work out roughly how many people you need to follow per operation by doing some quick math. Work out how many operations you'll do per day, and divide that number by how many people you want to follow, then set the range close to that number.
