Looking for some bots that i could run multiple accounts through that could like comment and post that's fairly cheap but payable with paypal. i looked at instagram mega bot and you can't pay with paypal , thanks

maybe you should look at the marketplace section, pretty sure I saw several similar services
 
Why don't you start off with macros? There's a script someone posted before and it was still working.

I would advise using FL but I know it's pretty costly for you. If you have the money then megabot is probably your next bet.
