Digital Ocean is great, but a $5 droplet won't handle your traffic. For WP they recommend $10 min. But if you really want good speed you should go with $20.00 droplet.My bad, i am used to expensive VPS (30-100 a month)
$5 is dirt cheap (looked up the site)

fyi host gator suppose to be the fastest there is if not one of the fastest get a coupon with them

Fastest and cheapest thing you can do is just add cloudflare with long cache expiration times. If your content doesn't change at all, just set the expiration to 2050. Loading of the site will be instant.
