Best freelancers site to hire quality web developer

I purchased a script from codecanyon and I want some modification in it
,script Author is not going to help me in this so I decided to hire a developer from Fiverr ,developer was noob wasted my lots of time.
I don't see any good developer there .

So any good place according to your experience to hire a web developer?
