Best & Fastest Indexer For Bing?

Hi, I'm looking for a paid Indexing services which can provide me fast index on Bing.com. I tried indexification, but it won't work for the instant index in Google or Bing.

So, if you guys have any experience or strategies about Indexing in Bing Quickly, then you may feel free to share with us.

Most indexing service that I have used in the past - normally focuses on Google - they do get your link or article indexed within 24 hours on Google, but it is no where to be seen on Bing.
The only effective way that I can get links indexed on Bing would be to tier those links with blog comments, or article directories that are favored by Bing (which I think is pretty difficult to find) and through that, with large blasts, I can get those links indexed in 24 hours.
