Best DMCA ignored cloud file hosting / sharing websites?

Hi guys, I am searching for a file-sharing / file hosting website that will ignore DMCA so that I can let my users download my files. I need TBs of space as there will be a lot of files. I really don't find anything relevant to this on google so I decided to ask.

you have to create your own storage, or use the onshore hosting sites and fetch the data using any other script which can iframe the url
 
You can try contabo hosting.
So far they are ignore cloudflare DMCA requests.
 
The best would be having your own storage, but if you can’t or dont wanna do it replies from the guys above are also good.

You need to contact offshore hosts and ask them to provide you with storage servers, but it's going to cost you high.

I can understand creating my own storage but I do create a server with that? Also, I am not sure how the bandwidth would work. Please let me know what will be the process if I decide to create my own storage.

you'll get an offshore/dmca ignored server(I use theonionhost)

then youll need a server(doesnt have to be dmca ignore) to store all your files
and on ur DMCA ignore server you'll need a php script to obfuscate where the files are coming from and then the embedded link on ur site

Server ---> php script to hide link ---> main site
then youll get links like www.dmcadomain.com/filename
and it wont show that the file came from your server with the files
 
Try searching for a storage server. Although it is not that powerful in comparison with a standard dedicated server, it could be easily compensated with storage space, storage access interface, retrieval software & specialized data management.

Can you point me in the direction of such a php script that will hide the link?
