Best DMCA ignored cloud file hosting / sharing websites?

Hi guys, I am searching for a file-sharing / file hosting website that will ignore DMCA so that I can let my users download my files. I need TBs of space as there will be a lot of files. I really don't find anything relevant to this on google so I decided to ask.

You need to contact offshore hosts and ask them to provide you with storage servers, but it's going to cost you high.

I can understand creating my own storage but I do create a server with that? Also, I am not sure how the bandwidth would work. Please let me know what will be the process if I decide to create my own storage.

then youll need a server(doesnt have to be dmca ignore) to store all your files
and on ur DMCA ignore server you'll need a php script to obfuscate where the files are coming from and then the embedded link on ur site

Server ---> php script to hide link ---> main site
then youll get links like www.dmcadomain.com/filename
and it wont show that the file came from your server with the files

Try searching for a storage server. Although it is not that powerful in comparison with a standard dedicated server, it could be easily compensated with storage space, storage access interface, retrieval software & specialized data management.
