Best city in the US

Hello guys, I've moved to the United States 8 month ago. For now I'm living in Chicago, waiting for my work permit and then I'm considering to move somewhere in another city. This place has to be lil bit cheaper but still good enough for living and making decent money. I would like to hear you opinions

i'm interested in how you made it there OP, i am a networks engineering student and i'd like to move to the US. as for the city i'd suggest Tampa, LA or Boston it all depends on your income.

I came here on tourist visa and applied on asylum
 
If cost of living isn't really a factor: Seattle

Why do you think it's a good place? I would be great to hear some reasons why do you think this city more convenient for living than another one.
 
Colorado, we legalized weed first and thus we are the best.

Additionally, we have the best mountains, everybody says so, we have the best forests, everybody says so, we are next to the best national parks, Grand Canyon, and Yellowstone. We have Pikes peak and great skiing.

Only thing wrong with Colorado is it is in the US.

What about job there? How about people, cause people in Illinois soooo enclosed, it really challenge to start friendship with someone here:(. Would be Denver a good option?
