What service (human-backed or perhaps programmatic) is the best to solve re-captcha2 (aka check I am not a robot green tick and select buses/cars)? And what is the realistic accuracy (like how many captchas out of 1000 should be expected to be solved correctly)?

If you are looking for software to help you with captcha solving (instead of recurring payments) by far best one is XEvil right now.
I've tested and used quite a few over time since Captcha Sniper era, GSA CB came after and I'm using now XEvil, that's a top notch software IMO.
I'm running GSA SER + XEvil as a primary and things are running smoothly.

Sure, its possible. Xevil can emulate 2captcha and other similar services so you run Xevil at IP
ORT and than send captchas to Xevil like you would send to 2captcha (just replace 2captcha url with IPORT) Easy as 2+2 if you have some coding skills

Does Xevil have any documentation explaining how to do this. I couldn't find any on their site, or on their botmasterlabs page. I've never done ReCaptcha breaking before, so I just need documentation to get me started. I've heard good things about Xevil, but it doesn't have any documentation like solverecaptcha does. How do so many people use this without easy to find documentation, or am I missing something obvious?

As I wrote above Xevil emulate 2captcha so you can use documentation from 2captcha and just replace 2captcha urls with your server url. No docs really needed. If you feel you need docs for this you can just pay someone for quick python script. Also if you plan to break recaptcha with selenium its not that good idea. Google know selenium is selenium. Just try to break recaptcha from selenium by hand, and from browser in incognito mode - you will see the difference.
Recaptcha is footprint/ip based. If they see you look very suspicious and/or your IP already made too many attempts recaptcha wont let you pass no many how many good answers you will submit.
Whats even more important - Xevil can solve recaptcha, but using selenium or something similar you need to extract recaptcha image, and than click proper answers if you do this via browser. Firstly try that with selenium and 2captcha, if its going to work think about Xevil.

For me I like CAPTCHAs.IO with its cheap monthly plans I can solve any captchas fast with high accuracy. And also I like their Reseller pay-as-you-go API service.

Captchas (dot) io is down for me. I bought the service before your recommendation, just gonna put it out here for anyone else, red flag. Also, Captchas (dot) io and solverecaptcha are run by the same person. I bought a small subscription to both to test them out, and my money went to the same Paypal address. Steer clear of both. Back to shopping for me and -$25 :/
Edit: Never mind the entire service isn't down, but for some reason you cannot access the API with an SSL verified request. Must use non-SSL-certificate request. Also Captchas (dot) io documentation page is not being loaded properly, though I think that is my ISP blocking it.
