Thanks but is appodeal need Google adsense? As I see it need to connect with admob and how can I complete the tax form? I am not a taxpayer.

Admob is the best by far . Second i can say FB audiance network (very good option) . 3 unityads . 4 startapp . 5 applovin

Do I need adsense? As they tell me to connect with admob
there are plenty of horror stories about admob and the fact that admob steals most of your revenue is really refusing for me to use it

Appodeal about adsense.
While you synchronize your AdMob account with Appodeal, we do not have the full access to it. We can only show the stats, not withdraw the money from your account. That's why these funds are not added to your Appodeal account balance.
The same applies to revenue from Facebook Audience Network.
So I need adsense to withdraw from admob if I use appodeal

Also, for admob when I log in it shows adsense banned...does that mean I only need to create a new admob account?
