Best Ad networks for anime streaming website, or methods for monetizing one

Hello, i am new to this forum and i would love some opinions and suggestions from you guys, like a few good ad networks that also have vast tags which i can integrate in my video player because my website uses a custom player and not a platform like vimeo or doodstream which have ads inside, i want to add ads like on youtube in my anime episodes which i did with hilltopads but they are not that good because it provides me 2-6 cents a day.. for 1k-2k impressions a day. Also i tried adsterra for banner ads, with 1.6k-5.2k impressions a day which i got 1-2 cents a day except 1 day when i had 5.2k impressions which somehow got me 40 cents.
can someone link me some good adnetworks that actually pay ? Because i saw on some forums that adsterra is a scam or smth.

EDIT: The website is mainly for romania , where the bar is not so high , and with our website we kinda added something new to the market.

They also offer popunders, but that might influence the user experience a bit too much. Maybe you can try?

Additionally maybe try VOD CC submit offers? So you get paid for each of your visitors who enter their creditcard details.

Their site is a mess, if you have an adblocker on it ruins their api requests and etc , such a bad network imo
