best ad network for movies/tv?

I am looking for ad networks that work well with streaming sites and that pay in btc.

Let me name the ones that I worked with that I didn't like very much or that didnt have the payment option I want.

ad-center - low rates, half of what they used to pay
adcash - low cpm
adsterra - low cpm, support sucks, cant even blacklist ads (adult, fake alerts etc)
propellerads - decent cpm but they dont pay in btc
mgid - probably the best for banners with decent cpm but also dont have bitcoin option

which do you use/recommend?
