Many times I see the question asked that what are some best Web 2.0 that we can use for Tier 1. Well, I think these will help you.

Nice list. A few of those are sites I've never heard of. Good job.
 
Remember nowadays it is difficult to index most of these web2.0s because some of them you must pay to get index as their robots.txt are set to noindex such as edublogs and weebly(but i heard people able to overcome this one ) . ALso livejournal is a bitch to index unless you get pro account or have good reputation points to have access to robots.txt.

The ones I like for super web2.0 blog are wordpress, tumblr, Jimdo(must post at least 4 or 5 before it set to index base on my test), jigsy( but must update within every 60 days otherwise it will be suspended) and webgardens(gui for this one is really tricky to use).

How about blogger? it's in my list but I had not tried it.

Oh yes I totally forgot to mention Blogger/Blognet, I recommend highly with wordpress for superweb 2.0 uses. Only thing is blogger you are force to use google/gmail account and ask for phone number. Better to buy verified gmail accounts in marketplace and make the blogger yourself or get a web 2.0 service that creates them.

Other good super web2 to use are over-blog.com and Hatena(japanese but you can switch to engilsh).

The others listed I will use sometimes - some are "single pages only" like pen.io & others limited to 3 pages, which are fine for non superweb 2.0

Be careful with I think Storify and bravsites as they are nofollows in article(but unless you use for diversity), but storify you can have do-follow in bio description this is same for Tumblr(in sub title)

It seems you know the right web2.0s to use. If you don't mind me asking... Can you share the ones you use? Am looking to hire someone to manual create and write unique content on web2.0s blogs for me.

there are tons of others... at first test out by placing a couple of article in each with a link or two.. some are very strict .. some are nofollow.. only after testing out will you be able to find the proper list.. there was a guy who used to maintain a web 2.0 list thread with latest updates such as nofollow/******** and how strict the web 2.0 is .. his name was phpbuilt or something... I forgot but his thread was awesome.. nobody has maintained a list since then..
 
I think this list contains a few no-index web 2.0 sites (such as weebly and edublogs) unless you pay for the premium membership.

Is there any list somewhere that contains just the index-able sites?
 
Does wordpress have a limit on how many you can create from an IP or device?

Even without subscription you can force Weebly property to get indexed via Webmaster tools. There are also some other ways but this one works and I tested it myself.

Technically true.

However for tier 1 properties that point at my money site, I'll prefer not to go through the GWT route unless theres no other choices to make it indexed

Yes, true. Even though I haven't tested this myself, you can also try submitting your link to linkcentaur.com (free 50 links/day) to see if the property can get indexed this way.
