Being blackmailed by reviewer HELP

So I hired a guy from here to do yelp reviews for my new service business. Hired him to do yelp reviews and only 1 of 4 stuck. He was very pushy when I first hired him, paying 2 at a time. And because they were not sticking I wanted to part ways. Now he is threatening to stick negative reviews on my yelp and google, and report me to my state license. If feel stuck and lost and forever like I will have this ball and chain. How do I part ways. should I bite the bullet if he does decide to post negative reviews? I'm at a loss. Anyone with similar experience or help is Hugely appreciated. Is this extortion as well?

Not that I'm aware of. he messaged me, and gave me skyp info and have been conversing thru that. Now I cannot find the old message. I wonder if he deleted it.

He can't delete your messages here.
If he's a JrVIP, you should shitlist him.
You can do it even he's a yellow member, but it's your fault that you bought from an unauthorized seller in that case.
 
this is why you need to hire only trusted guys , you can get reckt expecially by guys that live in 3 rd countries ..
