Well this post may seem to fit nowhere but i thought it would be important to boost our security and not leaving traces online. I realized that i have been careless and somehow felt unsafe and my system started being slow... after some research i got to know that online world is the universe of the unknown where everyone can be spoofing on me trying to check what to get from my computer. My skype is installed into my pc and have been using it to chat with many people....So here is a simple remedy that may help

skype; for hiding your ip address and prevent it of being resolved you MUST use skype only on a PC because if you use it on your phone it would give your ip even though you did these steps, if you really want to use skype from phone, vpn is always a good choice. alright so first of all go to skype > tools > options > advanced settings > connection > use port (63129) for incoming connections, untick the "use port 80 and 443 for additional incoming connections", choose "automatic proxy detection", untick "enable proxy authentication", tick enable uPnP, and tick "allow direct connections" and thats it! there are plenty of skype bots also you can use they are everywhere.

You can just have Skype connect through a proxy. Also, Malware Bytes will block incoming/outgoing malicious traffic at least in the Paid version, not sure about their free service.

Appreciate the post OP, just for the record that does NOT always make you unresolveable yet it will help.

This works for free, for the paid version i believe it safeguard any malicious traffic.
