Becoming marketplace seller? Need help

Hello Guys! Can you tell me please how can i open my sales thread on the marketplace? What requirements i should fit and whats the fee? I red a guide about how to open a sales thread on marketplace, however i didnt find how to become marketplace seller.

Is it enough to buy JR vip and be able to post on marketplace?
